Quick answer
Does FiftyStateProxy give refunds?
Yes, for plans, in defined cases: Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. A refunded plan goes back to your FiftyStateProxy balance, not to your wallet. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. No KYC is needed to ask.
Refunds are issued by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates FiftyStateProxy.
1. When can I get a refund?
FiftyStateProxy credits a plan back to your balance in these cases:
- Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full.
- A paid order that is not delivered after the required confirmations.
Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it, so you can use it for any later plan.
2. How do I ask for a refund?
Refund requests go by email. No ID or documents are needed.
Write to support
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request". If your account has an email address, write from that address.
Identify the order
Give the order date, the product (residential, dedicated port or rotating mobile) and the exact top-up amount, coin and date.
Say why
Explain in one or two sentences why the order qualifies, for example that the port was never delivered.
3. Where does a refund go?
A refund is credited to your FiftyStateProxy balance, in US dollars, as soon as support approves it. FiftyStateProxy does not send crypto back to a wallet. Support confirms the amount by email first (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week).
4. What is not refundable?
- The crypto balance itself (top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the $25 minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent).
- Orders outside the refund rule in section 1.
- Traffic already used, and port time already used, outside that rule.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy, including any unused balance.
- Network fees you paid on your original payment.
- Funds sent on the wrong network or to an expired invoice, when they cannot be recovered.
5. Can I file a chargeback on a crypto payment?
No. Crypto payments are final once they confirm on the blockchain, so there is no chargeback route. This refund policy is the only way to get money back, and FiftyStateProxy handles every request by email at [email protected].
6. Changes to this policy
FiftyStateProxy may update this policy. A change applies to orders placed after the updated date, and major changes appear in the changelog. The Terms of Service include this policy.
