What FiftyStateProxy keeps about your account, what it never collects, and how to use your privacy rights.

**Quick answer — What personal data does FiftyStateProxy keep?**

**FiftyStateProxy** keeps little personal data. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. An email address is kept only if you choose to add one. FiftyStateProxy never asks for ID documents, selfies, a name or a home address, because there is no KYC and payment is in crypto.

## 1. Who is responsible for your data

ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates FiftyStateProxy, is responsible for the personal data described here, as the [Terms of Service](https://fiftystateproxy.com/terms/ "Terms of Service") explain. Privacy questions go to support@fiftystateproxy.com.

## 2. What we collect

The table lists each item, why we keep it and where it comes from.

| Data | Why we keep it | Where it comes from |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Account number | To sign you in and link your orders | Created when you open an account |
| Email address (optional) | Order messages and login help | Only if you add it |
| Orders | Delivery, support, refunds and accounting | Your purchases |
| Top-up records (amount, coin, network, date) | To credit each top-up and to handle refunds to your balance | The blockchain and our payment processor |
| Connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) | To handle abuse reports and billing disputes; deleted after 30 days | Our proxy gateway |
| Traffic totals per sub-user | Billing and the usage figures in your dashboard | Our proxy systems |
| Support messages | To answer you and keep a record of the case | Emails you send us |
| Dashboard session cookie | To keep you signed in | Your browser |

## 3. What we never collect

- ID documents, selfies or proof of address: there is no KYC.
- Card or bank details: we accept crypto only.
- The content of your requests, full URLs or page data: we do not log them.

Your proxy traffic passes through established partner networks, which run their own systems. The [sourcing page](https://fiftystateproxy.com/sourcing/ "Where Do FiftyStateProxy's US IPs Come From?") explains how FiftyStateProxy works with them.

## 4. Cookies

The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The dashboard needs it to work, and it ends when you sign out or when the session expires.

## 5. Payments

Crypto payments for plans on the [pricing page](https://fiftystateproxy.com/pricing/ "How much do US proxies cost?") go through a payment processor, which we do not name publicly. The processor receives the order amount and the transaction data needed to confirm the payment. It receives no ID documents from us, because we hold none. Public blockchains record transactions openly, so keep that in mind when you choose a wallet.

## 6. How we use your data

We use the data above to run your account, deliver credentials, show usage, answer support requests, process refunds, handle abuse reports and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

## 7. Who we share data with

- **Our payment processor**, for the payment data it needs to confirm an order.
- **Partner networks**, only for what they need to carry your traffic and handle abuse reports.
- **Authorities**, when valid legal process requires it under applicable law. We can only provide data we hold, as listed in section 2.

We share nothing else, with no one else.

## 8. How long we keep data

We delete connection metadata after 30 days. We keep account data, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. Ask support@fiftystateproxy.com if you have a question about a given type of data.

## 9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data. Write to support@fiftystateproxy.com from the email on your account, or give the exact amount, coin and date of one of your top-ups so we can confirm the account is yours. Deleting an account ends access to any unused balance.

- **California residents** have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.
- **Canadian residents** have rights under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, under Law 25.

We answer within the time the applicable law sets. The [glossary](https://fiftystateproxy.com/faq/ "FiftyStateProxy FAQ: prices, KYC, crypto and targeting") explains these laws in plain terms.

## 10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. Your account number is your login, so store it in a password manager and never share it. Change any proxy password that you think has leaked.

## 11. Age limit

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

## 12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The updated date shows the current version, and major changes appear in the [changelog](https://fiftystateproxy.com/contact/ "Contact FiftyStateProxy: Support and Abuse Reports"). Privacy questions and requests: support@fiftystateproxy.com.
